Main performance:

1. This Slitting and Rewinding Machine is suitable for slitting and rewinding PET, OPP, CPP, PE, PS, PVC, paper, laminating film, etc.

2. The horizontal rotary-type unwinding&re-winding shafts make operation easily.

3. Rewinding and Unwinding Stations are installed with air-shaft

4. The film material tension can be adjusted freely during operation. If equipped with automatic tension controller, the tension is controlled automatically.

5. Fitted with two kinds of splitting cutter such as flat knife and round knife. Flat knife is for plastic film and round knife is for paper

6. Installed with EPC on unwinding unit

7. Fitted with waste edge collecting devices.

8. Fitted with meter counter, which can count meter automatically and stop the machine in position.

9. The splitting speed can be adjusted steplessly.

10. Unwinding unit is separate.

11. Regarding this slitting and rewinding machine, we have two types. One is vertical type and the other is horizongtal type.
