Main Features: 

^{*This Flexograhic Printing Press is for printing on LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PP, PVC, PP and other plastic film. If used to print on paper, the unwinding station and rewinding station will be different according to size of the paper roll.
*Main driver is AC inverter motor which can adjust the printing speed easily.
*Ink drying:
a)At first, the hot air is conveyed to each printing unit to dry each color separately.
b)At second the ink will be dryed for the second time when the film pass the top of the printer where has a multi-hole type drying board.
c)The heating to the air can be controlled automatically.
*Unwinder and Rewinder:
a)Two stations for unwinder
b)Two stations for rewinder
c)Unwinding and rewinding diameter 450 MM
*Available with solvent ink
*Printing System is based on roller type. Totally three rollers to finish the printing. Ink roller will get the ink from tray. When ink roller touches the anilox roller, the ink will be put on anilox roller. When printing cylinder touches the anilox roller, the ink will be put on the printing plate.
*When the printing is finished, the pneumatic cylinders will lift the printing cylinder automatically. At the same time, the ink roll will start to run in order to mix the ink to avoid ink drying up
*Anilox roller is made from metal and it is 250 LPI
*Machine frame is made from cast iron so it will not vebrite during high speed running.
*Possible to print on both sides of material in one time.}
