FEATURES OF THIS ZIPPER BAG SEALING AND CUTTING MACHINE:

1. Main motor: 2.2 KW, AC Panasonic inverter to adjust the speed
2. Film pulling motor: YASKAWA servo motor 1.2 KW, which will control the cutting speed and cutting length.
3. Assistant motor one: 0.4 KW, AC Panasonic inverter to adjust the speed, used to drive Zipper Welding Device
4. Assistant motor two: 1.5 KW, AC Panasonic inverter to adjust the speed, used to drive the silica belt conveyor.
5. Unwinding Station:
*Equipped with EPC and Magnetic Power Brake
*If using sheet film and not tube film, you should fix a Folding Device
*Unwinding diameter: 600mm at most
*Unwinding width: 900mm
*One cutter will open the tube film from one side before welding the zipper.
6. Zipper will be welded at the mouth of the bag by heating sealer
7. Including one round hole pneumatic puncher
8. Including one photocell for printed bag production
9. Including one Ultrasonic Welder to hot press the two ends of the zip lock.
10. Heating power to the hot cutting bar: 3 KW
11. Including silica belt conveyor that will transport the ready bag out
12.Whole working of the machine are controlled by touchscreen PLC. In the computer, you can control:

13.Including device to make the bottom gusset
14.The machine will alarm if zipper or film breaks off
15.The machine will stop automatically if zipper or film is finished
16.The machine will stop automatically if photocell misses the printing mark
17.The machine will stop automatically if heating temperature is not enough
18.When zipper is welded with film, it will be cooled by air.
19.After side hot cutting, the bag will be cooled by a water-cooling bar.
